Welcome to TinyTownUSA

We’re so glad to have you join the team! This guide is meant to provide team-specific information to help you get off to a great and productive start. 

The team

Our group is led by Brotherjohn Spoon- a craftsman/dreamer who married skills in construction services to a heart that wants everyone to have a home.  His “Number One” is Mary Ann Carlson who spent much of her life raising a family and teaching math at the high school level.  Certainly, she is the “make it so” factor in this team. Together, we plan on building a great Tiny House product and eventually populate tiny town properties throughout the deserts and plains of North America.

Project Process

The method for construction of these tiny houses is 3-day cooperative team builds-  By utilizing technology and organizational tools, Our goal is to produce a home from the delivery of a transport trailer to the solar installed on the roof within 3 days.  Teams will be coordinated and managed by ARMi and Costs of build/materials will be covered by public donations.  The title of the tiny home will remain with ARMi and through a lease/rent agreement, the home is to be delivered to the client.  

Monthly Meetings

Our board consists of 7 seats who meet regularly throughout the year to determine direction and oversight needs.  Our ARMiMEN corps will have a monthly online gathering via Zoom TBA
